Oats are the Fully Complete food because it is well balanced diet but also great in taste.Oats are Loaded with Proteins, Vitamins, amino acids, Minerals and Essential Fatty acids.we can make lots of recipes like Oats Idli, Oats Porridge, Oats Upma and so on

Nowadays Many flavors of oats are available in the marketlike Masala & Coriander, Curry & Pepper, Pepper & Spice etc.oats are ready to cook foods, we needs to add water to it and cook for some time on medium flame, then delicious oats are ready to eat.

Good for people who don’t know cooking as it can be prepared easily. Its very easy to

make it in just 3-4 minutes.Don’t Miss this Nutritional Food but have it in Limits.

BUT

now lets talk about some Negative things which are also part of the Flavored oats.

Sodium(Salt)

~> Biggest Problem in Packaged food is Amount of Sodium(salt) is included in the food which is never disclosed by any company in India. It is Important that you read before you buy because you should know that what you are consuming and how much you are consuming

High Sodium food will also lead to high blood pressure so there will be no benefits to having Oats every day.

Maltodextrin

~> Maltodextrin if added in less quantity will not really affect your body but still it is not the safe to have it.Maltodextrin is the one of the type of Sugar which can be stored as fat into your body.It is widely used in all Packaged food so it is impossible to void it. If it is added in less quantity then there will no affect on basic food composition. But the Problem is that there is no quantity mentioned in the Packed.

If you are a Vegetarian you can’t Ignore this.Read it before Eating.

Flavor Enhancers

~> E 627 - Disodium Guanylate - Flavor Enhancer Almost always made from fish

~> E 631 - Disodium inosinate - Flavour Enhancer Almost always made from animals and fish

It is Healthy but The company hided many things from consumer which is unfair practice from the Company because in India we don’t have any kind of Nutritional Knowledge we just see the Food Advertisem*nt and we Run like a Fool to the shop and start using the Product without any proper knowlegde.so guys don’t be a fool or blind just wait and read the Ingredients of the any food Product and search it.then go for it if you are comfortable

with the Ingredients.I hope my review will be helpful for you guyss read it carefully especially Vegetarian’s.thank you
