Whilst the Kit is very conditional, Venomage looks a strong option for Clan Boss.

Defence will improve the survivability of all of your champions and improve the damage of the champions that have skills that scale off of Defence. The only Aura that will work against Clan Boss is an All Battles Aura.

Starting from the 50th Turn, all attacks will ignore any Block Damage and Unkillable buffs on each target, and applies Block Revive on champions that the Clan Boss kills. Almighty Immunity (Passive) Immune to Stun, Freeze, Sleep, Provoke, Block Active Skills, Fear, True Fear and Petrification debuffs.

Running a champion at 3:1 ratio is the dream of any clan boss team. This allows you to get three times as many attacks in or perhaps you have a 3 turn ability you'd like each turn. It is quite tough to get a full 3:1 team to perform but if you can you will get some excellent results.

You should avoid using Brawlers like Piper or Gene in Boss Fight due to their very slow reload speed and inconsistent damage over a long time. However, Belle is still a viable option due to her ability to mark the Boss and permanently increase the damage the Boss takes.
