Download Mod Engine 2 from github, then extract the Mod Engine 2 files to X:\[Your game directory]\ELDEN RING\Game. Download the file, then extract the file to [MO2 directory]\plugins\basic_games\games. Create new instance in MO2, check "show all support game", then choose Elden Ring.
