Trolls World Tour[]
Tiny was born during the events of Trolls World Tour, having the first onscreen Troll birth in the franchise. It soon becomes apparent that Tiny is different from his father, as he was a Hip hop Troll instead of a Pop Troll. He's born during their Tribe's morning song medley Trolls Wanna Have Good Times. Poppy suggested the name "Tiny Diamond" for him; the song turned into a celebration of his birth afterwards.
Sometime after Poppy, Branch and Biggie left, Pop Village was hit by Queen Barb and her Rock Trolls. The village was destroyed, but Guy and Tiny, along with Legsly, Smidge, managed to escape from getting captured.
After returning to Pop Village, Biggie realized that the village has been destroyed, and regretted for leaving Poppy and Branch behind. Fortunately, Tiny and the rest of the Snack Pack members, minus Cooper, were safe. To make up for his mistake, he and the rest of his surviving friends, including Tiny, dressed up as Rock Trolls to infiltrate into Volcano Rock City. Tiny and the other Trolls lost their colors after Poppy destroyed the Strings, but later regained them as they join in the singing of the Tribes' reunification.
Tiny lastly appeared gathered with young Trolls from all Tribes, including Coral Blush and Clampers Buttonwillow, as Poppy taught them you can't harmonize alone.
In the post-movie credits, Guy successfully taught Tiny how to spin and flip in the air.
Trolls: Holiday in Harmony[]
Some time after World Tour, Tiny enjoyed Christmas for the first time. At Pop Village, Tiny Diamond rushed to grab an invitation, with Legsly's help from Legsly. He pulled his father's name "Guy Diamond". Tiny did a rap, but found it hard to rhyme "Diamond" and ended up with "Mimond". Legsly suggests he has lost his "Flow".
In a swamp, Tiny met a Rhyme-a-saurus, and tried to explain him his situation with his rap for his father, but the creature proved no help as he wanted Tiny to rhyme "climate". Tiny showed the current rhyme to the creature and rhymed with "climate", but he couldn't work with the concept. The creature then points him to Wind Breeze. When Tiny asked how to find her, the creature pointed to her "right there". Wind Breeze commented that his father was quite worried about him. She sprinkled some dust on him and he had a strange hallucination. When he woke up, she commented his back should be completely healed, but Tiny commented he didn't seek her out for that. Wind Breeze sent him to the top of a mountain to seek out the monks at the Cloud Temple.
At Cloud Temple, Tiny was meditating with the Clouds, but their vow of silence meant they weren't talking to him. At the bottom of a cup of tea, he sees the words "You already have the gift". He tossed it away and the words "Look through the clutter" appeared. The leaves formed a face that asked him "what makes him special?". As he answered "he is just my-", a Cloud ringed a gong as he went to say "daddy". He realized he just had to rhyme "daddy", and had his rap sorted.
Tiny and Guy were seen in the end, watching Branch and Poppy's performance.
Trolls Band Together[]
Tiny has a more prominent role in this movie. He was chosen to be a flower boy for King Gristle Jr. and Bridget's wedding, according to Guy, but he already had considered himself to be a man despite being only a month old.
Tiny later sneaked aboard Rhonda, and was allowed to be one of her drivers due to John Dory, although Tiny's own license seemed to be sketchy. He later met Spruce and Clay on the journey upon arriving at Vacay Island and Hole N' Fun, respectively. He also swore in repulse and shock, when seeing Bruce's daughter having the pink eyes.
Tiny then accompanied Poppy and Branch to Mount Rageous, helping them with driving Rhonda to chase after Velvet and Veneer, although he also revealed that his permit is still of a learner's. He also joined forces with Bridget, Gristle and Viva. After the adventure, he went to Vacay Island to watch BroZone's reunion performance.
He would later reappear in the mid-credits scene, asking Mr. Dinkles for love advice. However, he was left dumbstruck and concerned when Dinkles revealed to only be accepting cash as payment, which Tiny himself lacked and only had credit card payment instead.
It Takes Three[]
Tiny, along with Poppy and Viva, were tasked to repair Rhonda, when John Dory and his brothers went on a long tour. However, due to Tiny meddling with the Hustle Dimension button, Viva and Poppy ended up being siphoned into the Hustle Dimension, which was devoid of Hustle. He was going to seize Viva's sticky hands, except they couldn't reach him. Tiny then watched both sisters sang "It Takes Two", which almost led them to the exit, only for them to run out of notes and descend. Fortunately, Tiny risked himself to sing with them, helping both sisters to flee from the Hustle Dimension. After being spat out by Rhonda, Viva and Poppy hugged each other and laughed at Tiny being flat, until Tiny, who was affected by the Hustle Dimension, told them that his father wouldn't be happy with him being flattened.
